Happy New Year everyone! I hope you've all had a great time celebrating 
I wanted a fairytale winter, and I got one, with lots of snow too
. It's been quite adventurous thus far. Making friends, losing friends, getting my heart broken [make that smashed to smithereens but I guess it's better than getting myself into a doomed relationship - damn wishful thinking], getting my dA account stolen [and getting it back!], folk dancing, discovering the beautiful music of Katatonia, finally trying on a steel-boned corset [still looking for the right one, but I might be close], headbanging to Disturbed on New Year... And thanks to the dA staff for not banning either of my accounts, because it was a huge mess at some point.

.Music highlights: enjoyed the latest Stratovarius album, Polaris, and 30 seconds to Mars' This is war. Though I can't help wondering why everyone is writing war songs lately: Placebo, Rihanna, the Rasmus, the above mentioned Stratovarius and 30 seconds to Mars...
I'm also writing a book called "Fairytales", which will incorporate "Ravens", a story I wrote several years back, somewhat edited and extended, and its sequel, "Moths" [and probably one more part]. For details and a preview of the draft version, note me. I expect it to be complete by the end of the year, but some early critique and advice is always useful.
